Front Desk

In charge of directly representing the hotel as the first point of contact to guests, making them feel welcomed and attended.

Duties Include:

  • Greeting guests
  • Handling check in/out processes
  • Maintaining reservation records
  • Answering phone calls


Contribute to the experience of hotel guests by consistently maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and facilities of the hotel. Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.

Duties Include:

  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
  • Making beds, changing linens, and sanitizing rooms
  • Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping

Laundry Attendant

Responsible for ensuring a pleasing guest experience using various techniques to clean linens and other textiles, supporting the operations of the facilities.

Duties Include:

  • Washing, drying, sorting and folding linens and towels for hotels


Offer guests top-notch accommodation when arriving and departing from the hotel.

Duties Include:

  • Driving client’s cars to designated parking areas
  • Helping guests with luggage


Responsible for providing attentive customer service as guests arrive and depart from the hotel.

Duties Include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Assisting with carrying luggage
  • Escorting guests to their rooms


Provides top-tier costumer service experience for hotel guests, providing knowledge on hotel deals, policies and activities in and out of the hotel.

Duties Include:

  • Answering guest questions
  • Providing suggestions for entertainment and dining
  • Directing guests to hotel amenities
